International - All orders outside USA under $200.00 net, will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $35.00. FREE for orders over $200.00

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Damaged Items/Shortages

In the unlikely event there is any damage to the product(s) or a shortage, please detail your problem thoroughly by contacting us immediately quoting your order number via email at If your claim is not made within seven days of delivery, you have deemed to accept the order as is.


If product is damaged or defective you are responsible for contacting us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and happily send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by Customer Service in writing. We will inspect the damaged product upon receipt.

Subscription Orders

We offer generous discounts for subscriptions orders. It is your responsibility to amend, or cancel your subscriptions which you can do at any time by logging into your account. If however, you would like us to make changes, please send us an email clearly stating what action you would like us to take to amend or cancel your subscription. If an item has already shipped and you cancel your subscriptions, you must follow our return policy by first requesting a return authorization. Refusing delivery of items already shipped does not guarantee that we will receive the product back.

Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Products
